Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
Prepare, analyse, and review financial statements in accordance with recognised accounting standards.
Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Utilise various accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, PeopleSoft, and other financial management tools to maintain precise records.
Oversee month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and statutory requirements.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing detailed financial analysis.
Assist with internal audits and coordinate external audit processes as required.
Mentor and guide junior accounting staff, fostering professional development within the team.
Ensure adherence to organisational policies regarding financial controls and reporting procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organisational growth initiatives through accurate financial insights.
