Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
Handle finalization of accounts, balance sheet preparation, and financial reporting.
Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Implement process improvements to strengthen internal controls.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accounting standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CA Inter / M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred.
Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
Familiarity with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good communication and team coordination skills.
