The candidate will be responsible for managing all banking-related operations of the real estate company, ensuring smooth financial transactions, maintaining relationships with banks and financial institutions, monitoring project loan accounts, and ensuring compliance with internal financial policies and external banking regulations.
1) Banking Operations: Handle day-to-day banking transactions including fund transfers, cheque deposits, and withdrawals.
2) Reconciliation & Reporting: Perform regular bank reconciliations for all accounts & prepare periodic MIS reports on fund position, inflow/outflow, and utilization.
3) RERA & Project receivable : Handle RERA-designated project bank accounts and ensure fund allocation as per regulations, coordinate with sales, CRM and legal teams for customer Receipts, refund processing, and bank NOCs.
4) Handling RERA Compliance: Coordination with Consultant for RERA Compliance
5) Compliance & Audit Support : Ensure adherence to banking, audit, and internal control requirements.
Skills:
1) Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally/ERP systems, and online banking portals.
2) Strong knowledge of RERA banking procedures.
