. The ideal candidate will oversee full-cycle accounting operations, manage statutory compliance, supervise the accounts team, and ensure financial accuracy across all real estate projects. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to partner with management on financial planning and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end accounting operations for all real estate projects.
Lead and supervise the accounts team to ensure accurate financial entries, reconciliations, and timely reporting.
Oversee project-wise financial planning, fund flow management, budgeting, and cost allocation.
Monitor customer collections, outstanding reconciliation, and coordination with CRM/sales teams.
Review and approve vendor bills, payments, and project expense statements.
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, cash flow analysis, and performance dashboards for management.
Ensure full compliance with
GST, TDS, income tax, and all statutory regulations
.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors; prepare all required schedules and documentation.
Maintain accurate financial records, agreements, contract summaries, and project cost sheets.
Support management in financial forecasting, budgeting, and risk assessment.
Implement and improve accounting SOPs and ensure process optimization.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in
Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
.
5-10 years of experience in Real Estate Accounts & Finance (Mandatory).
Strong knowledge of real estate billing, project accounting, customer collection cycles, and fund management.
Expertise in
Accounts & Finance
, including financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow planning, and variance analysis.
Proficiency in
Tally ERP
, MS Excel (Advanced), and accounting software.
Strong understanding of
GST, TDS, accounting standards, and statutory compliance
.
Excellent coordination with sales, CRM, project, legal, and management teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.
Team handling experience is essential.
Preferred Skills
Experience with RERA-related financial documentation.
Familiarity with real estate CRM/ERP systems.
Ability to streamline financial processes and optimize workflows.
