Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented

Senior Account Manager

from the

NBFC sector

to handle client account management, loan reconciliation, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in NBFC accounting, client relationship management, and compliance with RBI guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain client accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records. Handle end-to-end accounting operations -- journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting. Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing, disbursal, and documentation. Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and monthly reconciliations. Ensure compliance with NBFC and RBI norms in all financial activities. Monitor receivables, assist in collections and recovery follow-ups. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and handle client queries effectively. Supervise junior accounting staff and review their work periodically.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum

7 years of experience

in the

NBFC or financial services industry

(mandatory). Graduate/Post-Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. Proficient in

Tally, MS Excel, and ERP systems

. Strong understanding of

NBFC operations, loan management, and compliance

. Excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills.
