Description . Sr. Manager - FLM Job Profile: . Candidate: Male . Educational qualification: Any Graduate/ Post-Graduate, Certification in Facility Management . Position: Currently working as Manager . Experience: M inimum 12 to 15 years of experience in Facilities & Administration . Prior IT Industry experience a must. . Good Domain Knowledge . Knowledge of MS-Office. . Good knowledge of Advanced Excel Job Responsibilities: . Must be well versed with all Security Policies and Procedures in IT industry . Must have handled Physical Security, Access control System and BMS operations . Strict, Vigilant and Team Player . Manage the employee health and safety in the organization. . Possess have all domain knowledge of Facilities and Administration like Housekeeping, Cafeteria, Security, Audits etc. . Space Management, Estimate & follows up to ensure provision of infrastructure as required. . Able to manage Opex and Capex budgets of the function. Should have worked on AOP and Budgets, monitor spending and track expenses. . Manage day to day facility operations and monitor SLA\'s with all vendors. . Must be familiar with various Internal and External ISO Audits like ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO-9001, ISO 27001. . Responds to emergency situations (fire, building evacuation, thefts, equipment failure etc.) and other employee concerns. . Compliance Management- PASARA, CLRA, Labor Laws, Police Verification etc. . Manage Events and Guest Visits . Vendor Management . Coordinate work activities with other departments, representatives of local, state, and central government agencies, citizens, and equipment and service suppliers. . Liaison with government, local government bodies, state agencies, and police etc. . Manages and mentor associates in team through periodic reviews and feedback. . Identify training needs of team members & organizes cross training within FLM to ensure multitasking capability in team members. . Focuses on reducing costs and increase operational effectiveness. . Focus on internal and external customer satisfaction within allocated budgets. Skills: . Able to manage multiple portfolios and work under tight deadlines. . Must have g ood written & verbal communication, negotiation, and Interpersonal skills. . Good People Management skills and Team Player . Excellent documentation skills and maintain MIS - Drill reports, Training records, Manpower allocation, Material movement, VMS etc. . Innovative Thinking and Excellent in Attention to detail . Assertiveness , Crisis Management . Good Communication skills, Problem Solving skills, Presentation skills. . Knowledge on Electrical & Mechanical domains like DGs, UPS, LT, HT etc. will be an added advantage.
