Senior Accountant

with

strong real estate industry experience

to manage and strengthen our finance operations.

Position: Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

? Maintain complete books of accounts for real estate projects

? Handle accounts payable & receivable related to projects and vendors

? Prepare monthly financial statements, ledgers & MIS reports

? Bank reconciliations and cash flow management

? Manage statutory compliance:

GST, TDS, RERA-related accounting

? Coordinate with auditors, consultants & banks

? Assist in budgeting, project costing & financial forecasting

? Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards

? Guide and supervise junior accounts staff

Mandatory Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate accounting (MANDATORY)

Strong knowledge of

project-based accounting

Hands-on experience in

GST, TDS, RERA compliance

Proficiency in

Tally / ERP systems & MS Excel

Ability to handle multiple projects independently

Excellent attention to detail and reporting accuracy

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's in Commerce / Accountancy

CA Inter / MBA Finance - Preferred
