Sr. Accounts Executive

: Senior Accountant
Position Title: Senior Accounts Executive
Location: Ghaziabad, Sihani Chungi,
Salary: ₹30,000 CTC per month
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years
Qualification: B. Com or M. Com

(Any Accounts Finance Background)

We are looking to hire a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive who can independently manage day-to-day accounting and financial tasks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling export documentation, statutory filings, and vendor/client payment coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting activities and maintain accurate records Prepare and file

GST returns including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-2

Handle

TDS deductions, filing,

and ensure timely tax payments Maintain strong follow-up on client and vendor paymentso

Export Documentation Knowledge.

Prepare complete export documentation including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and related compliance Carry out ba

nk reconciliations, RTGS, and NEFT transactions

Work on tax planning and assist in internal and external audits Generate MIS reports for management and support financial analysis Coordinate with other departments for financial data and documentation Proficiently use Tally ERP 9 and Advanced Excel for accounting tasks

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and export norms Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 and Microsoft Excel (Advanced Level) Sound understanding of bank processes including reconciliations and fund transfers Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong organizational and time management abilities
