Accounting Duties
Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Invoicing: Prepare, issue, and follow up on invoices and receipts.
Tax Compliance: Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes.
Financial Reporting:
Assist in preparing financial statements, MIS Reports, Cash flow reports, and budgets.
Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
Audit Support: Collaborate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 3+ years in a similar role combining accounting and administrative responsibilities.
Skills:
Proficiency in ZOHO books preferable.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
