Position : Sr. Executive - Accounts & Finance

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Accounting Operations
1.1 Manage day-to-day accounting activities including data entry, ledger posting, journal entries, and
reconciliation in Tally with 100% accuracy.
1.2 Maintain books of accounts as per statutory requirements, ensuring correctness in all financial records and
documentation.
1.3 Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable, including invoice preparation, payment follow-up, vendor
bill verification, and timely disbursements.
2. Financial Management
2.1 Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements such as Profit & Loss, Balance
Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
2.2 Support management in budgeting, financial planning, variance analysis, and internal cost control measures.
2.3 Ensure timely banking operations including fund transfers, cheque deposits, bank reconciliation, loan
documentation, and margin/limit utilization tracking.
3. Taxation & Statutory Compliance
3.1 Ensure compliance with Direct and Indirect Tax laws, including Income Tax, TDS, GST, Professional Tax,
and other statutory requirements.
3.2 Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9), TDS returns, and other regulatory filings within
deadlines.
3.3 Maintain updated knowledge of the latest tax regulations, amendments, and accounting standards applicable
to the business.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
