Sr. Account Executive - MOD Sales

Your main responsibilities





Key responsibilities include:

Visit and seek potential modernization customers, visit architects, construction

companies and establishments (residential & commercial) to seek and proactively

look for new modernization opportunities

Perform the offer, negotiation, order, Modernizations sales contract closing and

supervise the contract compliance of all major modernizations, in alignment with the

Branch Modernization targets and Schindler internal procedures

Audit existing Schindler equipment and determine the retention of components and

gauge financial viability

Support and coordinate with the Installation team for any issue during project

execution and ensure collection of payments

Coordinate big or complex modernizations with the Modernizations and Design

Center when required and Branch team

What you bring





For the Modernizations Sales Representative position, Schindler seeks people with:

Expertise Desired experience in commercial sales roles in

similar industries for at least two years

Knowledge and Skills Desired E&E industry knowledge, Selling skills,

Customer Relationship Management & Time

Management Skills

Education Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
