based in Chichpada, Vasai East. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Executive to manage our day-to-day accounting operations and contribute to our financial reporting.

Job Summary:

The Sr. Account Executive will be responsible for a range of accounting activities, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. This role requires a meticulous individual with a strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in Tally ERP 9 & Prime, along with current Indian financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting activities, including processing payments and ensuring timely disbursements. Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements. Review and verify all outgoing payments for accuracy and compliance. Generate and issue invoices to clients. Accurately record purchase and sales entries in

Tally ERP 9 & Prime

. Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure consistency between bank statements and internal records. Prepare data necessary for

TDS (Tax Deducted at Source)

and

GST (Goods and Services Tax)

returns. Filing GST returns

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree is essential.

Experience:

A minimum of

5 years

of practical work experience in an accounting role.

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in Tally ERP 9 & Prime

is mandatory. Familiarity with current Indian financial regulations, specifically

GST & TDS

. Proficiency in

Microsoft Excel

.

Personal Attributes:

Ability to handle sensitive financial information with the utmost confidentiality. High attention to detail and accuracy.

Location:

Chichpada, Vasai East, Maharashtra, India

Shift Timings:

9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday, with Sunday off)

Salary:

Rs. 20000 - Rs 30000 Monthly. Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
