Sr. Accounts & Banking Operations Executive

About the Role



We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Banking Operations Executive to join our Multi-Family Office team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth coordination of banking operations, managing client documentation, and maintaining up-to-date records of cash flows for key high-net-worth families.

Key Responsibilities



Maintain and track daily cash flow statements across multiple bank accounts for designated clients

Coordinate with banks for operational activities including fund transfers, account openings, KYC updates, and other service requests

Ensure timely documentation, scanning, and physical file management of banking and investment-related paperwork

Liaise with clients and internal teams to handle service requests, document submissions, and banking compliance requirements

Follow up on inward/outward remittances, standing instructions, and scheduled payments

Prepare MIS reports and summary dashboards for internal review and client reporting

Provide end-to-end support in managing operational activities for high-value transactions and sensitive client requirements

Coordinate with custodians, bankers, legal advisors, and investment teams as needed for execution of instructions

Required Qualifications & Skills



Minimum qualification: B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce)

2+ years of relevant experience in accounting, banking operations, or finance back-office

Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English

Proficiency in MS Excel and experience handling digital banking portals

High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively in a client-centric environment

Preferred Attributes



Experience working with wealth management firms, family offices, or private banking clients is a plus

Comfortable working with high-net-worth individuals and managing sensitive data

Understanding of basic accounting and financial documentation

Compensation



As per industry standards and based on experience.

Candidate will have to come to the office everyday Mon-Fri

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
