Job Description

The Senior Accounts Executive will be responsible for handling GST & TDS related compliance, reconciliation of books and returns, verification of interest charged by banks and creditors, review of daily accounting entries, and preparation of MIS reports. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and hands-on experience with GST laws and financial reporting.

Accounting & Reconciliation

Review of day-to-day voucher entries for accuracy and compliance. Periodic reconciliation of books of accounts with GST returns. Cross-checking and verification of interest charged by banks and creditors. Monitoring ledger balances and ensuring proper accounting treatment.

GST & TDS Compliance & Returns

Preparation of GST-1 data (outward supplies). Reconciliation of GSTR-2B with purchase books to ensure accurate ITC. Preparation of data for GSTR-3B filing. Preparation of data for GST Refund claims. Coordination with consultants and timely resolution of GST-related queries. Verification of correctness of TDS & Preparation of Monthly TDS Payment Sheet.

MIS & Reporting

Preparation of monthly MIS reports including expense analysis, variance reports, and compliance status. Assisting management with financial data for decision-making. Maintaining proper documentation and audit-ready records.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of GST laws and returns (GSTR-1, 2B, 3B) Proficiency in accounting software (Tally / ERP systems) Good working knowledge of MS Excel Strong analytical and reconciliation skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
