Responsibilities
Manage and lead the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing plans.
Provide personalized academic counseling to prospective students.
Analyze market trends to identify new sales opportunities.
Collaborate with educational institutions to understand their offerings.
Oversee client relations and ensure excellent customer service.
Conduct sales presentations and informative sessions for prospective students and parents.
Monitor and report on sales performance and team productivity.
Ensure compliance with company policies and educational standards.
Facilitate training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and academic counseling.
