We are hiring a Senior Academic Counselor to guide prospective and enrolled students through academic planning and admissions. The role focuses on student counseling, lead management, and enrollment conversion while ensuring an excellent student experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students on suitable courses based on career goals and interests Guide students through admissions, including eligibility, fees, and scholarships Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into enrollments Maintain accurate student records and CRM data Support students with academic planning and performance improvement Resolve academic and career-related concerns Coordinate with admissions, marketing, and academic teams Support counseling events and mentor junior counselors

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
