Role Purpose (Common)

Be the primary guide for candidates aspiring to work in Germany: source locally, counsel in English + Odia, verify eligibility & documents, onboard into our program, coordinate interviews/language training/visa steps, and drive timely conversions with clean reporting.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities (Common)

Run walk-in and scheduled counseling sessions in English + Odia; explain pathway, timelines, and next steps clearly.

Source & pre-screen candidates (education, age, location, join-readiness).

Collect & verify documentation; maintain neat digital/physical files.

Book interview/assessment and language-class slots; send reminders to ensure show-ups.

Maintain trackers (calls, walk-ins, show-ups, selections, conversions, pending docs, next actions & dates).

Publish daily MIS by 6 PM with risks and recovery actions.

Support small college/hostel outreach in the neighbourhood when needed.

Zero mis-selling; set the right expectations and follow compliance checklists.

Junior Career Counselor

Drive footfall & first-level screening; perform doc collection and follow-ups.

Execute scripts, maintain tracker hygiene, and escalate issues early.

Preference for two-wheeler and strong local familiarity.

Senior Career Counselor

Own conversions & quality; coach juniors on scripts/objections/tracker discipline.

Manage escalations, documentation QA, and partner/employer coordination.

Lead daily MIS cadence and action planning.

Eligibility & Skills (Common)

Education: Graduate (any stream); MBA preferred.

Languages: English + Odia (mandatory).

Experience:

Junior: Freshers welcome; 6-18 months counseling/edu-sales/customer support preferred.

Senior: 1.5-3+ years relevant experience with measurable outcomes.

Tools: Google Sheets/Docs, WhatsApp Business; basic ATS hygiene (Zoho experience is a plus).

Mindset: Empathetic communicator, process-oriented, punctual, and comfortable with daily numbers.

Commute: Reliable daily travel to Kalinganagar; two-wheeler preferred (Junior).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
