Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Academic Counsellor to join our team in Vashi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and lead generation specifically for education courses such as Software Testing, JAVA Programming, Data Science, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). The counsellor will guide prospective students, understand their career goals, and recommend appropriate courses to meet their needs while achieving enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Engage with potential students and parents to understand their educational and career aspirations. Explain and promote courses in Testing, JAVA, Data Science, and AI, highlighting course benefits and curriculum details. Manage the entire sales cycle from enquiry to enrollment, ensuring smooth onboarding of students. Maintain and develop a prospective student database; follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts. Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets through consultative selling. Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to keep updated on course offerings and industry trends. Provide post-enrollment support and coordinate with faculty for a smooth student experience. Conduct career counseling sessions to help students make informed decisions on course selection.

Qualifications:



Any Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales or counseling within the education sector. Proven experience selling technical courses like Testing, JAVA, Data Science, or AI is highly preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with targets and deliver results under pressure. Good understanding of the education industry and technology courses. Proficiency in maintaining CRM databases and Microsoft Office applications.
