Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding academic courses, programs, and career options.
Conduct in-person or telephonic counseling sessions to understand student requirements.
Provide accurate information about various programs and suggest suitable options.
Follow up with leads, inquiries, and walk-ins to convert them into enrollments.
Maintain and update the student database and counseling records.
Coordinate with academic and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding of enrolled students.
Meet targets for student enrollments and counseling sessions.
Provide after-enrollment support and guidance if required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
1-3 years of experience in academic counseling, student support, or education sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong listening, problem-solving, and persuasion abilities.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
Fluency in English and local language.
Prior experience in EdTech, coaching centers, or educational institutions.
Knowledge of current academic programs and career trends
