We are hiring ACADEMIC COUNSELOR

,

responsible for student admissions through calling, lead handling, student data collection, continuous follow-ups, and conversion. The role demands strong communication skills, flexibility, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to cold leads and warmleads Handle sales calls and explain courses, programs, and admission process Collect student data such as: Name, phone number, email ID Qualification, college name Course interest, location, budget Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance in CRM / Excel / Google Sheets Generate and manage new student leads through data collection Build and maintain strong relationships with students Perform continuous follow-ups until admission confirmation Convert inquiries into successful admissions Maintain daily calling, follow-up, and data reports Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and admission processing Work flexibly to achieve higher admission targets Meet and exceed weekly/monthly performance goals
Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sales, persuasion, and follow-up ability Comfortable with cold calling, warm calling, and data collection Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, or Google Sheets Ability to manage and organize large amounts of student data Target-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined Willingness to work flexible hours for better results
