Job Description

As an Academic Counselor at STC Technologies, you would act as a primary contact between prospective/ enrolled learners and the institute, guiding them through course selection, enrollment, and career planning -- and helping convert leads into enrolled students. You will support learners throughout their journey, ensuring they choose right courses and complete enrollment smoothly, while also supporting institute's enrollment goals. Key responsibilities and duties: o Counsel students and suggest suitable courses. o Guide admissions -- explain programs, handle enrollment, follow-ups. o Convert leads -- handle enquiries, calls, and admissions targets. o Maintain records -- update student data and reports. o Coordinate with faculty & operations for batch scheduling and onboarding. o Support students throughout the course to ensure satisfaction and retention. Required skills: o Bachelor's degree in any discipline. o Strong communication and interpersonal skills. o Counselling ability with a student-centric approach. o Sales & target orientation for admissions. o Good organisation & record-keeping skills. o Teamwork and flexibility to coordinate with multiple departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,529.58 - ₹40,604.85 per month
