Job Description

The Senior Academic Counselor is responsible for leading the counseling process, guiding students toward the right academic programs, and ensuring admissions targets are met. The role involves mentoring junior counselors, handling high-value leads, and contributing to the overall growth of the center.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students and parents about available courses, career paths, and admission processes. Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries efficiently. Convert leads into admissions by providing accurate program information and guidance. Train and mentor junior counselors to improve conversion rates and service quality. Maintain and update records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM or database. Coordinate with the marketing and business development teams for student engagement activities. Support center head/management in achieving monthly and quarterly admission targets. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain long-term student relationships.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's in any discipline. 2-5 years of experience in Academic counseling Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities. Target-driven with a proactive and professional attitude. Good computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.

Competitive, based on experience and performance.
