Job Summary
As a Learning Consultant at AAFT Online, you will interact with prospective learners, understand their career goals, and guide them toward suitable AAFT Online programs.
You will manage the complete sales process--from engaging with leads to converting them into enrolled learners--while ensuring a high-quality experience throughout their journey.
This role significantly contributes to helping individuals upskill and advance in creative and professional fields.
Key Responsibilities
Drive inquiries and admissions for short-term and long-term programs
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead engagement to final enrollment
Counsel students through calls and emails, helping them identify the right program
Maintain accurate and updated CRM records
Achieve monthly enrollment targets with a strong conversion ratio
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance learner experience and improve promotional strategies
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree is
mandatory
1-5 years of
B2C sales experience
, preferably in Ed-Tech
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive
