Job Overview:
We are looking for experienced and result-driven Admission Counsellors to join our team in Rohini, Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting inbound and outbound leads into admissions by offering the right educational guidance and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on inbound leads via calls and emails (leads will be provided).
Make outbound calls to convert potential leads into confirmed admissions.
Explain services and offerings to prospective students effectively.
Conduct online demos to showcase program benefits and features.
Understand customer needs and provide relevant course recommendations.
Utilize CRM/database systems to manage and track lead progress.
Meet or exceed monthly targets and KPIs.
Maintain contact with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
Submit weekly reports on goals, targets, and performance.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new programs and services.
Requirements:
2 to 4 years of experience in Outbound Sales or Admission Counselling.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Active listening, confident communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong adaptability, accountability, and time management.
Experience with CRM tools or sales tracking systems is a plus.
