Key Responsibilities:
Interact with prospective students and parents to understand their needs and provide suitable course guidance.
Handle inbound inquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.
Conduct counseling sessions to convert leads into admissions.
Maintain follow-ups and build strong relationships with students to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to support promotional activities and events.
Meet or exceed monthly sales/admissions targets.
Maintain and update student databases and daily reports.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, academic counselling, or customer-facing roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
Comfortable with flexible work schedules and rotational weekly offs.
