Role Overview

The Senior Career Counsellor - AI will be responsible for guiding students and professionals toward successful careers in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science. The role requires strong domain awareness, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven approach to admissions and enrolment.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and working professionals about AI programs, certifications, and career prospects. Understand and communicate the value of Technovalley's AI and ML stack programs effectively. Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions through professional consultation and follow-ups. Maintain accurate data of prospects, leads, and conversions in CRM tools. Conduct one-on-one and group sessions, webinars, and virtual career guidance sessions. Collaborate with the marketing and digital team to enhance AI program outreach. Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance and conversion reports. Stay updated with current AI/ML industry trends, salary insights, and emerging career roles. Assist in creating promotional materials and campaign ideas related to AI careers.

Requirements

Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering / Computer Science / Management. Minimum 3-5 years of counselling or sales experience in EdTech, preferably in technology or AI-related programs. Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Awareness of Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and related career pathways. Ability to meet and exceed monthly enrolment and revenue targets. Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Workspace, and MS Office.

Preferred Skills

Prior experience with institutions offering AI, ML, or Data Science courses. Knowledge of current AI job roles, trends, and global demand. Ability to host webinars or live sessions for student engagement. Passion for technology and upskilling.

Compensation

Attractive salary package with monthly performance incentives based on admission targets and conversion efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
