We are hiring a

Senior AC Technician cum Service Head

to lead our service department. The candidate will handle advanced AC/refrigeration servicing, guide technician teams, manage customer complaints, and ensure smooth service operations.

HVAC Technician

We are looking to hire a detail-oriented HVAC technician to install, maintain and repair HVAC systems. The HVAC technician will be skilled in cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems. You will guide and advise the customer to select the most appropriate air quality system to fulfill their requirements. You will be responsible for air quality systems from installation to end-of-life by performing maintenance, warranty and emergency repairs.

To be successful in this role, customer satisfaction, safety and comfort should be your top priority. Ideal candidates will be patient, and have excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities

Handle installation, service, and repair of commercial & industrial refrigeration/AC systems Diagnose technical issues and provide solutions Lead a team of technicians and assign daily service tasks Visit customer sites for major breakdowns Check quality of service work and ensure customer satisfaction Maintain service records, reports, and spare-part requirements Train junior technicians and improve service standards Coordinate with production and management for technical support

Requirements

ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning 5-10+ years of experience as AC / Refrigeration Technician Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, compressors, electrical panels, cold rooms, etc. Ability to lead a team and handle customer communication Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
