Perform regular backup and restore operations; ensure disaster recovery readiness.
Maintain database security and access controls in line with company policies.
Optimize queries, stored procedures, indexes, and overall database performance.
Implement and maintain replication, Always On Availability Groups, and clustering.
Monitor and tune SQL Server Agent jobs and scheduled tasks
