Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

SQL Database Administrator

with 6-8 years of expertise in managing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise-scale SQL databases across hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain SQL Server databases. Monitor database performance, implement tuning, and troubleshoot issues. Manage backup/recovery, high availability (HA), and disaster recovery (DR) strategies. Ensure database security, compliance, and user access management. Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to support deployments. Perform query optimization and manage large datasets efficiently.

Required Skills:

6-8 years of SQL Server DBA experience. Strong knowledge of

performance tuning, replication, clustering, indexing, and query optimization

. Experience with

Always On, log shipping, mirroring

. Hands-on with

PowerShell scripting & automation

. Familiarity with

cloud databases (Azure SQL / AWS RDS)

preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ?80,000.00 - ?90,000.00 per month
