Job Description

Experience:
o 7+ years of experience in SQL development and database architecture.
o 5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) within the healthcare industry.
o 3+ years of experience working with Python for data processing, analytics, or automation.

o Strong expertise in SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
o Proficiency in T-SQL, PL/SQL, or equivalent query languages.
o Experience with ETL tools (SSIS, Informatica, Talend, etc.).
o Knowledge of data warehousing and OLAP solutions.
o Hands-on experience with performance tuning and query optimization.
o Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, EDI 837/835, and other healthcare data standards.
o Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and data analytics.
o Experience with Pandas, NumPy, and data processing frameworks in Python.
o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Strong communication and ability to explain complex database concepts to non-technical
stakeholders.
o Ability to work in agile development environments.
