Job Requirements
The Resource - SQA - NPD Coordinator is responsible for planning the Supplier quality deliverables
along with a timeline for each new product development in line with the overall project plan of the
organization, and plays a pivotal point of contact between SQA, Sourcing, Product development, Plant
quality & QMO teams to manage the following tasks related to bought-out parts

Key Skills:
DFM closure
PPAP audit planning, execution, and audit open points closure
Gauge requirement planning
Build wise issue tracking and closure for both Assembly and DVP
Take part in QRQC & DVP meetings and address the issues on behalf of overall supplier quality
Drive the application routing sign-off for each new model
Plan and manage the Horizontal deployment of past learnings from previous projects
Plan and manage the SRK (Shoki Ryudo Kanri) inspection (100% check) across the supplier base
in India through a certified third-party inspection agency
Deploy the inspectors at different suppliers based on the need from supplier quality engineers &
execute the inspection
Weekly progress review with zonal inspection in-charges
Prepare a tracker and manage the outcome of the inspection
Process the payments to the third-party inspection agencies & budget control through monthly
monitoring
Maintain an up-to-date NPD Dashboard for management reviews.
