Position Description:

JD for QA profile

• 6 years of experience and good knowledge in Quality Assurance, process consulting, internal auditing and metrics analysis
• Drive the QA activities individually in AD and AM engagements aligning to client and organizational expectations.
• Support the engagement in collecting the operational data and analyzing the data and metrics.
• Ensure effective coordination between QA and delivery teams
• Provide orientation/training to delivery teams on various process and quality management aspects
• Identify risks related to process and quality along with appropriate action planning
• Good understanding of the agile and Safe concepts and able to facilitate or coach the agile engagements using the JIRA tools effectively. Preferably certified professional.
• Experience in conducting quality audits and reviews to identify delivery challenges early and report to management.
• Experience in process definition, template and checklist preparation and standardization
• Drive the ISO, CMMI and other external audits
• Good knowledge in Quality tools
• Good knowledge and experience in word, excel and power point, Power BI for report preparation
• Identify the opportunities and drive continual improvements / automation initiatives related to quality assurance.
• Work with the lead /managers to identify the improvements required for the engagement
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Certifications on ITIL, Agile, ISO 9K, 27K LA, are desirable.
