Job Description

To perform high-quality spray painting of aerospace components as per NADCAP-approved procedures and customer specifications, ensuring proper surface preparation, coating, and finishing.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out spray painting operations on aerospace parts as per job instructions and approved process sheets. Follow NADCAP-certified special process standards and customer specifications. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, masking, sanding, or applying primers as required. Mix and apply paints, primers, and coatings accurately using prescribed ratios and techniques. Ensure correct use of spray guns, painting booths, and other equipment. Check paint thickness, finish quality, and visual appearance as per inspection standards. Maintain painting equipment and ensure work area cleanliness and safety. Record process details and maintain job documentation as per quality requirements.
