Job Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, filling, sanding, and smoothing to ensure proper paint adhesion.

Mix and apply paints, coatings, and finishes using spray guns, airbrushes, and related equipment according to project requirements.

Maintain spray painting equipment and ensure a safe, clean working environment.

Work closely with the production team to deliver high-quality signage, displays, and advertising materials.

Assist in designing and producing creative signage, sometimes using stencils and specialty techniques.

Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

Proven experience as a spray painter, preferably in signage, fabrication, or advertising industry.

Knowledge of different paints, finishes, and spraying techniques.

Attention to detail and ability to follow design/technical specifications.

Physical stamina and willingness to handle workshop-related tasks.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in signage/advertising projects.

Familiarity with safety standards and handling painting equipment.
