Job Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor spray drying equipment to ensure efficient production.

Maintain optimal drying parameters, including temperature, airflow, and feed rate.

Ensure product quality by conducting regular quality checks and making necessary adjustments.

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the spray dryer and related machinery.

Follow safety guidelines and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) in food production.

Troubleshoot operational issues and minimize downtime.

Maintain production records and report any deviations.

Candidate Requirements:

2 - 5 years of experience operating a Spray Dryer in the food industry.

Knowledge of spray drying techniques and equipment handling.

Familiarity with hygiene and food safety standards.

Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical issues.

Willingness to work in shifts (if required).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
