Key Responsibilities

:

Spot UV coating machine & foiling machine

set-up, operation, and maintenance

.

Read and interpret job orders / design layouts

to determine required machine settings. Ensure

quality standards

in UV coating and foiling (registration, sharpness, shine, adhesion). Handle

substrates

such as paperboard, laminated sheets, and packaging materials.

Monitor production runs

, adjust machine settings for consistent results. Perform

routine maintenance & cleaning

of machines to avoid downtime. Coordinate with

production & QC team

for timely delivery of jobs. Maintain

safety and housekeeping standards

in the work area.

Required Skills & Experience

:

Minimum

2-3 years' experience

operating Spot UV and/or Foiling machines in a

printing & packaging press

. Good knowledge of

machine adjustments, pressure, temperature, and foil types

. Ability to troubleshoot common machine and process issues. Understanding of

quality standards in printing & finishing

. Physically fit to handle long production shifts.

Qualifications

:

ITI / Diploma in Printing Technology or related field (preferred). Hands-on experience in operating finishing machines (Spot UV, Foiling, Lamination).
