VE is responsible for managing the operations and customer experience of the sports
facilities he or she is assigned to. Some highlights of the role include:
? To ensure all bookings, payments and addons are being managed on the App.
? Greeting, interacting with customers, answering to their queries and creating a
positive environment at the sports facility for the customers
? Being responsible for the infrastructure readiness of a sports facility and reporting to
the Business Executive in a timely manner. He will be responsible to work with the team
for maintenance and upkeep of the facility.
? Ensuring hygiene is top class and all utilities (water, electricity, washroom, CCTV,
changing rooms, vending machines, playing area) are properly functioning. Supervising
all the requisitions of the inventory and utilities and reporting to the operations team
on a weekly basis.
? Manage all additional payment collections and offline bookings of the venue.
? Ensuring all on ground repair and maintenance escalations and reporting to the
operations team on a weekly basis

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
