A VE is responsible for managing the operations and customer experience of the sports facilities he or she is assigned to. Some highlights of the role include:
To ensure all bookings, payments and addons are being managed on the Hudle App.
Greeting, interacting with customers, answering to their queries and creating a positive environment at the sports facility for the customers.
Being responsible for the infrastructure readiness of a sports facility and reporting to the Venue Manager in a timely manner. He / she will be responsible to work with the team for maintenance and upkeep of the facility.
Ensuring hygiene is top class and all utilities (water, electricity, washroom, CCTV, changing rooms, vending machines, playing area) are properly functioning.
To develop an expertise in the tools that are used to manage operations - ensuring all bookings are reported in the Hudle App, Connecteam and Slack.
To ensure branding and signages are installed well and is enhancing the ambience of the facility.
To ensure equipment is readily available for the customers.
Work with the managers directly to implement policies and follow them.
Represent Hudle with high ownership, integrity and professionalism.
