A VE is responsible for managing the operations and customer experience of the sports
facilities he or she is assigned to. Some highlights of the role include:
? To ensure all bookings, payments and addons are being managed on the App.
? Greeting, interacting with customers, answering to their queries and creating a
positive environment at the sports facility for the customers
? Being responsible for the infrastructure readiness of a sports facility and reporting to
the Venue Manager in a timely manner. He / she will be responsible to work with the
team for maintenance and upkeep of the facility.
? Ensuring hygiene is top class and all utilities (water, electricity, washroom, CCTV,
changing rooms, vending machines, playing area) are properly functioning.
? To develop an expertise in the tools that are used to manage operations - ensuring all
bookings are reported in the App, Connecteam and Slack.
? To ensure branding and signages are installed well and is enhancing the
ambience of the facility.
? To ensure equipment is readily available for the customers.
? Work with the managers directly to implement policies and follow them.
? Represent with high ownership, integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications & Requirements:
? Graduate in any field & Basic interest in sport.
? Functional understanding of technology.
? Conversant in Hindi. English is a bonus. (conversational knowledge of regional languages
as per location is also a plus).
? Very high in integrity, punctuality and great at customer service.
? Past experience in the event management and hospitality industry, including
hotels, retail, QSRs, facility management is preferred.
