Job Title: Kids Sports Trainer :
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Kids Sports Trainer to join our team and contribute to the physical and athletic development of children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with kids and a strong background in sports training. The primary responsibility is to design and implement engaging sports programs that cater to the needs and skill levels of children, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate sports training programs for children.
• Instruct and demonstrate proper techniques, skills, and rules for various sports activities.
• Motivate and inspire kids to participate actively in sports and adopt a healthy lifestyle.
• Create a safe and inclusive environment that encourages teamwork, fair play, and sportsmanship.
• Monitor and assess the progress of each child, providing constructive feedback and supports.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and that all safety protocols are followed during training sessions.
• Collaborate with parents and communicate effectively to address any concerns or provide updates on the child\'s progress.
• Stay current on trends and developments in sports training for kids to enhance program effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in coaching or training children in various sports.
• Strong knowledge of child development and age-appropriate training methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with children and parents.
• Passion for promoting physical fitness, health, and well-being in children.
• Certification in CPR and first aid is a plus.
• Must speak English.
