Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties:

Conduct sports classes at the assigned location/preschool as per the Go Alpha curriculum. Identify strengths and weaknesses of children and evaluate their progress. Undertake administrative tasks and report regularly to the Head Office. Train children for performances and competitions during Sports Day. Attend all important school events such as Parent-Teacher Meetings, report days, Sports Day, and other school activities. Maintain and manage all sports equipment. Assist in sports promotion and development initiatives.

Be available for a mandatory 1-month volunteering period before full-time onboarding.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Sports Background

- Candidate must have represented sports at District, State, or National levels.

Good with Kids

- Must be able to execute the sports program, undergo training, understand the Go Alpha curriculum and methodologies, and teach children aged 2 to 8 years.

Energetic

- High energy levels are required to conduct engaging and active sports sessions.

English Communication

- Must be able to conduct all classes in English.

Volunteering Requirement

- Willingness to volunteer for

1 month

as part of the selection and training process.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
