Sports Candidate required

Teaching & Coaching

Plan and deliver structured Physical Education (PE) classes for students across assigned grades.

Teach fundamental skills, rules, and techniques for various sports and physical activities.

Design age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with school curriculum and educational standards.

Coach school teams for inter-school, district, state, and national-level competitions.

Conduct warm-ups, fitness drills, outdoor activities, and skill-development sessions.

Student Development

Encourage participation and skill improvement in all students, including beginners.

Promote values of teamwork, sportsmanship, discipline, and fair play.

Identify talented students and provide additional training and mentorship.

Monitor students' physical progress and overall fitness levels.

Safety & Supervision

Ensure safe use of sports equipment and facilities.

Supervise students during PE periods, sports practices, and events.

Administer basic first aid when required and follow safety protocols.

Event Management

Organize sports events such as Annual Sports Day, inter-house competitions, and tournaments.

Coordinate practice schedules, team selections, and event logistics.

Liaise with external coaches, referees, and sports associations when necessary.

Administrative Duties

Maintain attendance, assessment records, and performance reports of students.

Manage sports equipment inventory and request repairs or procurement as needed.

Prepare annual sports plans, budgets, and documentation as required by the school.

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
