Job Title: Sports Teacher

Classes: Nursery to 10th Standard

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Sports Teacher to join The Rising Star School. The candidate will be responsible for developing physical education programs, encouraging active participation in sports, and promoting overall fitness and teamwork among students from Nursery to 10th standard.

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging physical education classes tailored to different age groups (Nursery-10th).

Teach fundamental motor skills, games, athletics, yoga, and team sports.

Organize sports activities, drills, and fitness exercises that enhance strength, coordination, and discipline.

Promote the importance of health, fitness, and sportsmanship among students.

Identify and train talented students for inter-school competitions and events.

Ensure safety during all physical activities and maintain sports equipment.

Organize annual sports day and other school-level physical activity programs.

Collaborate with other teachers to support the holistic development of students.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed) / Master's in Physical Education (M.P.Ed) or equivalent.

Prior experience as a Physical Education Teacher/Sports Coach preferred.

Strong knowledge of various indoor and outdoor games, athletics, and fitness practices.

Good communication and motivational skills.

Ability to manage students of different age groups with patience and discipline.
