Job description

The role of the Sports Teacher is to help students from Primary Wing, learn the rules and objectives of various sports. Physical education teachers also teach students how to live a healthy lifestyle by encouraging them to take part in daily exercise and activity in accordance with each student's ability.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Plan Sports lessons in line with the CBSE curriculum

2. Ensure lessons are differentiated to meet the needs of all students.

3. Collaborate with other Sports teachers in planning a balanced overall physical education programme

4. Provide appropriate safety instruction and make safety checks on equipment and field areas to insure the over-all safety of students

5. Evaluate each student's growth in physical skills, knowledge and contribution in team sports by giving regular feedback

6. Maintain control of storage and use of school-owned property

Contribute to the extra-curricular activities programme

Qualifications :

o 1. Any candidate who holds a diploma in Physical Education from a recognized institution is eligible to apply for the post of Sports Teacher.

o 2. Any candidate who holds a B.P.Ed / M.P.ED(Bachelor's/Master in Physical Education) degree from a recognized institution is eligible to apply for the post of Sport Teacher in various schools and colleges across the country.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
