Empathetic and approachable demeanor, fostering a welcoming environment for all members Handle member inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally Maintain sports equipment and facility cleanliness and safety standards Promote Club's programs and events to boost member participation. 1 to 3 years of experience as a Sports Supervisor. Previous experience in a fitness center or customer service environment Enforce Club's policies and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others. Ability to motivate and guide clients effectively. Monitor and maintain club facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and adherence to health regulations Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
