About the Role

SciSports is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associates to support our day-to-day operational functions. This role involves flexible working hours with an inconsistent roster that includes mid-week and weekend shifts. Depending on shift planning, the work may include day, evening, or night schedules.

The ideal candidate is proactive, well-organized, and passionate about sports--especially football--while being comfortable handling responsibility and collaborating within a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Duties

Manage and resolve client-reported errors efficiently. Perform accurate data entry and data management tasks. Upload video content and ensure timely availability. Handle sports fixtures and scheduling tasks. Manage rosters in coordination with the team. Map and align multiple data sources as per workflow. Take responsibility for stand-by slots for operational processes. Oversee day-to-day event data maintenance and updates. Sync videos (full match start/end + 1st & 2nd halves). Update and maintain team settings (logos, names, etc.). Provide additional operational support as requested by the SciSports team.
Required Skills & Profile

Core Competencies

Excellent command of the English language. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High accuracy and attention to detail. Well-organized and disciplined in task management. A proactive, hands-on mindset. Ability to work independently and take responsibility. Strong collaborative and team-oriented approach. Passion for sports, especially football, is highly preferred.
Work Environment & Schedule

Flexibility to work in an inconsistent roster. Availability for mid-week and weekend shifts. Ability to work day, evening, or night shifts per planning. 40 hours per week.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra
