We are looking for

Sports Management professionals

who have a strong interest in

football operations, content, and digital presence

. This role blends

on-ground sports operations

with

social media coordination

, offering hands-on exposure in a professional football ecosystem. ( not a Paid internship, Food and Accommodation will be provided )

This is an ideal role for candidates who want to build a

long-term career in sports management

rather than just a desk job.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Club Management

Assist in daily academy and club operations Coordinate training schedules, events, camps, and trials Support coaches and management during matches and tournaments Handle player records, attendance, and basic documentation Coordinate with internal teams for smooth day-to-day functioning

Social Media & Content Support

Assist in planning and posting content on Instagram, LinkedIn & WhatsApp Coordinate with designers/editors for reels, posters, and match updates Capture basic on-ground photos/videos during training & events Ensure timely updates of club activities and announcements Support branding and digital engagement initiatives
Eligibility Criteria

Degree / Diploma in

Sports Management, Business Management, or related fields

Freshers with strong interest in football

are encouraged to apply

Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram & LinkedIn) Willingness to work both

on-field and in-office

Passion for football and sports ecosystem is mandatory
Preferred Skills

Good communication & coordination skills Basic content sense (what works on social media) Organised, proactive, and responsible attitude Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced sports environment Familiarity with Canva, Google Drive, or basic editing tools is a plus
Work Structure

Working Hours:

Office hours + field operations as required

Work Mode: On-site (Office + Ground) Location-based role (Kerala)
