Sportivate is hiring

4 high-potential interns

to join our team in Calicut and support the rollout of our

accelerator program

and Sportivate ecosystem projects. This is a

fast-paced, high-pressure, high-learning

internship designed for capable individuals who want real exposure to sports industry work -- not a typical "observer" role.

You'll work directly with the leadership team, take ownership of tasks across multiple projects, and learn how sports programs are built and executed on-ground.

Calicut (in-person)

Stipend:

?5,000/month (to support basic living costs in Calicut)

Start:

Immediate / As soon as possible

Future opportunity:

High performers may be offered a full-time role

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

You'll support different projects under the Sportivate ecosystem. Responsibilities may include:

Assisting in planning and executing

Sportivate Institute activities

and accelerator program delivery Supporting

event operations

, scheduling, logistics, registrations, coordination, and reporting Working on

community outreach

: schools, academies, local partners, volunteers Supporting

content + communications

: basic coordination for social posts, updates, documentation Helping manage

internal operations

: trackers, follow-ups, documentation, and process building Taking ownership of assigned tasks and delivering updates on time (high accountability)
Note: This role involves real work, real timelines, and learning by doing.

Who We're Looking For

This internship is for you if you are:

Highly dependable with a

strong work ethic

Comfortable in a

high-pressure

environment and can move fast Good at communication (spoken + written) and coordination Willing to learn, take feedback, and improve quickly Able to work in Calicut for 3 months (in-person)

Bonus (not required):

Experience in organising sports events / volunteering / leading college clubs Basic content skills (Canva, short-form editing, writing) Interest in sports careers (coaching, ops, media, business)
