Sports Interns

to drive content creation for our sports app in five major cities. As an intern, you'll connect with coaches, demo the app's features, and encourage user-generated content from coaches, players, and parents. Responsibilities

:

Coach Outreach

: Visit local sports academies, schools, and facilities (e.g., SAI centers, football clubs) to pitch the app.

App Demonstrations

: Showcase app features like gesture-based attendance (disappearing tiles), coach video uploads, and player analytics to coaches and academies.

Networking

: Build relationships with coaches, academy owners, and school sports coordinators to expand the app's reach.

Event Organization

: Plan small-scale meetups (e.g., 10-20 coaches at a local field or cafe) to demo the app and foster community engagement.

Data Collection

: Gather coach contact details and feedback, maintaining records in tools like Google Sheets or CRM platforms.

Social Media Support

: Create and share app-related content (e.g., Instagram Reels, WhatsApp messages) to attract coaches and users.

Report Progress

: Provide weekly updates on onboarding numbers, content generated, and challenges faced to the Noida-based team.

Qualifications

Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a Bachelor's program in

and the local language (e.g., Hindi in Delhi, Tamil in Chennai, Bengali in Kolkata). Bonus: Experience in sports (e.g., played football/cricket at school level) or organizing sports events. Bonus: Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut) or basic data entry (e.g., Google Sheets).

Requirements

:

Access to a smartphone with WhatsApp and Instagram installed. Ability to commit

10-20 hours/week

(flexible schedule) for 3-6 months. Willingness to travel locally (e.g., to academies or fields) within your city. Reliable internet access for virtual meetings (e.g., via Zoom) and reporting.
