Job Description

Minimum 5 years of experience in leading school sports programs and physical education Holds a degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed) from a recognized institution Proven expertise in planning, developing, and executing structured sports and fitness programs for students across age groups Strong leadership in organizing inter-school competitions, annual sports day, and extracurricular athletic events Experienced in training and mentoring students for district, state, and national-level tournaments Adept at managing sports infrastructure, maintaining equipment, and ensuring student safety during activities Collaborates effectively with coaches, PE staff, and external sports professionals to enhance program quality Passionate about student development through sports, promoting teamwork, discipline, and physical well-being Knowledgeable in modern training methodologies, sports science, and student fitness assessments Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills with a commitment to holistic education
